What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching is a supportive way to work on a shared goal alongside a small group of people who are on a similar path.
You’ll meet regularly, be guided through practical tools and simple exercises, and have space to reflect, ask questions, and talk things through in a safe, non-judgmental setting.
It’s not therapy, and you’re never put on the spot, but you do get the benefit of learning from others, feeling less alone, and having accountability to keep you moving forward.
