What's my story?

I used to think alcohol made me more confident, sociable and fun, but over the years it left me anxious, stuck and exhausted.

After countless “I’ll cut down” attempts, I finally stopped drinking in my 50s, and the change was huge!

Clearer thinking, better sleep, more confidence, the best bit; the constant underlying anxiety that ate away at me disappeared, and I had a sense of calm and contentment that I hadn’t felt in years.

Now I help other women break free from that same cycle and discover how good life can feel alcohol‑free.

Join other women who are also curious about living alcohol-free,  happier, healthier and joyous lives!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm physically dependent on alcohol?

If you believe you may be alcohol dependent, it’s important not to stop drinking suddenly on your own as this can be dangerous. Please seek professional medical advice before making any changes. A GP or healthcare provider can guide you safely through the process and connect you with the right support.
