What if I'm physically dependent on alcohol?
If you believe you may be alcohol dependent, it’s important not to stop drinking suddenly on your own as this can be dangerous. Please seek professional medical advice before making any changes. A GP or healthcare provider can guide you safely through the process and connect you with the right support.
What can I do if I have an problem with the programme?

Do you accept refunds?
If you are not happy with the programme, you can request a refund up to 14 days after the date you purchased the programme. No refunds are given after 14 days.
