Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all 1-2-1 sober coaching services provided by The Sobriety Society (“we”, “us”, or “our”), owned and operated by Sarah Bennett. By booking a coaching session or programme with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Overview

The Sobriety Society provides personalised 1-2-1 sober coaching services designed to support individuals in changing their relationship with alcohol. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Eligibility

Coaching services are available to clients aged 18 and over. Coaching is suitable for individuals looking for support in stopping drinking, but it is not a substitute for professional medical or addiction treatment. Coaching is not suitable for those with a physical dependence on alcohol or other substances that requires medical treatment or detox support.

Booking & Payment

  • Coaching sessions or programmes must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential. We will not share your personal information without your consent, except where required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to participate in coaching sessions with respect and a commitment to the process. The Sobriety Society reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if a client displays inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
