Sober Strolls are free, friendly group walk & talks for women who are curious to discover what life could feel like without alcohol. It’s a chance to get outside, clear your head, and connect with other women who feel the same. No pressure, no judgement, just real conversation, fresh air, and space to reflect on the role alcohol plays in your life and whether you’re ready for a change.

We’ll meet in the beautiful East Hertfordshire countryside for relaxed walks, good chats, and connection in nature. If you’ve been feeling stuck, questioning your relationship with alcohol, or looking for support and inspiration to try something new then come and join us.

LUCY

Since the menopause, I have really noticed the negative effects alcohol has on my mental and physical wellbeing and have been playing with going sober. What I liked on that very first sober stroll and continue to enjoy now is how supportive Sarah is, without any pressure or judgement.

I'm sober curious...not quite ready to take the plunge but know I need to. Sarah's walks provide a safe, non-judgemental, non-pressurised space to explore the possibilities of a sober life.

Sarah's walks are always friendly and inclusive, and open discussions around drinking habits.  Following one of these walks, I decided to completely cut out alcohol and made it to 100 days. From someone who drunk every day that's a big goal!
Speaking to others and hearing Sarah's experience motivated me to hit this target.  Thanks for your help Sarah.
