Thrive in Five is the first five days of my full 30 Days to Thrive programme. It’s designed to give you a proper feel for how I coach and what the rest of the course is like, before you decide whether you want to continue. Over five days, you’ll work through: - Identifying why you drink and why you feel it's time for a break - Creating your hopes and wishes for the future - Making a commitment to yourself - Dealing with cravings - Building healthier habits You’ll come away with a clearer head, a plan you can actually use, and a stronger sense of what you want next.
